When we follow the prompting of our soul we have no choice but to embark on our spiritual journey to find our way back to our spiritual home, and so we enter the path of return with great expectations. meditationTherea��s a saying that goes like this: a�?The stupid neither forgive nor forget; the naA?ve forgive and forget; the wise forgive but do not forget.a��

I tend to agree with the last one, because to forgive means that I am able to let go of the past and to move forward with my life without the heavy baggage. Not to forget means that Ia��ve learned whatever lesson I was supposed to learn so that I can protect myself, when I can, from getting hurt in the future.
